DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call snow shoveling team members for a winter season in Michigan. The roles are part-time and seasonal with flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Base pay is $24–$26 per hour, with paid training. Referral incentives are offered, and the employer requires on-call availability including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
