DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members for this winter in Muskegon, MI. Base pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, with paid training and flexible scheduling for part-time seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• On-call work including nights, days, holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow shoveling and removal according to customer specifications and safety standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use best-in-class equipment where applicable.
• Record hours, activities, and materials accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
