DJ's Landscape Management in Michigan is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the winter season. You will drive a box truck to job sites, lead the shovel crew, and help with snow removal per customer specifications.

The role is part-time and seasonal with flexible scheduling to accommodate availability. Training is provided, and pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour based on experience and license.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior snow removal experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid drivers license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites.
• Complete onboarding, snow removal safety training, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must be 18 or older; no experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work; valid drivers license or willingness to obtain one.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards

• Must be 18 or older

• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
