Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the winter season. This part-time, seasonal role offers a base pay of $24 to $26 per hour, with paid training and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Responsibilities include driving the shovel crew in a box truck, performing snow removal tasks, and following safety and route procedures. A valid chauffeur's license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one).
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites.
• Perform shovel crew responsibilities and snow removal tasks.
• Complete onboarding training for safety and routes.
• Work safely to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
