Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call snow shoveling team members for the winter season in the Ann Arbor area. This part-time, seasonal role offers weekly pay and a base rate of $24–$25 per hour, with paid training at $18 per hour.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with flexibility for nights, days, holidays, and weekends. No prior snow-removal experience is necessary, and onboarding includes training in safety and routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove snow to customer specifications and quality standards.

• Communicate on-the-job issues promptly to supervisors.
• Submit hours, activities and materials accurately and timely.

• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be at least 18 years or older

• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
