DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the winter season. The role is part-time and seasonal with flexible scheduling, offering base pay of $24 to $26 per hour, plus paid training and referral incentives.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with on-call shift availability including nights, holidays, and weekends. No prior experience is required; applicants must be 18 or older and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
