Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Michigan is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members to join our winter operations. This part-time, seasonal role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay with a base wage of $24–$25 per hour, plus training at $18 per hour.

On-the-job responsibilities include completing snow removal to customer specifications, submitting hours and materials promptly, and communicating effectively to resolve issues. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Driver's license is required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• No experience required.
• Complete onboarding and safety training.
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise.
