DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Snow Shovel Driver team members in Kalamazoo, MI for a part-time, seasonal winter position. Base pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience and license, with paid training available.

Responsibilities include driving the shovel crew, performing snow removal duties, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Flexible scheduling and on-call hours are a key feature of this role.

Formación

• Must be 18 or older.
• No prior experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one).
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

• Perform shovel crew responsibilities.
• Complete onboarding training and snow removal safety instructions.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
