Job summary

Winter Equipment Company is seeking a Territory Account Manager to strategically position and drive sales of blade systems for snow plows in an assigned territory. You will use professional sales techniques, develop strategic plans, and build relationships to provide market intelligence.

The role requires travel across territories in the US and collaboration with inside sales and marketing to grow the distributor network and meet company sales goals.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales and/or business development experience required.
• Sales experience with Commercial, Contractors, Distributors, Dealers preferred.
• Must be willing to travel weekly across specified territories in the US.
• Experience with Visual Mfg, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Position and drive sales of blade systems in assigned territory to meet sales goals.
• Develop strategic plans and build strong relationships for market intelligence.
• Collaborate with inside sales and marketing on territory campaigns and quotes.
• Travel weekly across US territories to engage customers.
• Maintain CRM, forecasting, and territory reports.
