Responsibilities

• Learns to provide case management for SNAP and TANF eligibility and changes.
• Learns to calculate monthly income and expenses for budgeting.
• Learns to review data from customers and multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality.
• Learns to assist customers with the application process and appointments.
• Learns to interpret program policy and explain eligibility and responsibilities to customers.
