• Lears to manage initial and ongoing eligibility determinations for SNAP/TANF by interviews.
• Provides case management for eligibility and changes impacting ongoing eligibility.
• Calculates monthly income and expenses; documents verifications and activities.
• Reviews data from customers and systems, maintaining confidentiality.
• Assists customers with applications and scheduling appointments.
• Explains program policy and eligibility requirements to customers.
