Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to own and drive in-store success across assigned accounts. You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize shelf presence, and execute HQ programs while building strong relationships with store personnel.

The role demands a strong sales background, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program provided.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandiser teams (full-time & part-time).
• Drive flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan growth with data-driven strategies for store demographics.
• Build partnerships with store personnel for opportunities and service.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Own the cadence of smart store schedules to strengthen relationships.
• Stay compliant with safety and operational guidelines.
