Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery and drive in-store execution across your territory. You will manage a team of Merchandisers and collaborate with store personnel to maximize shelf impact and sales.

The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule. Base salary ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers (hiring, coaching, performance development).
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
