Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution across a Minnesota territory. You will build customer relationships, energize in-store performance and lead a team of merchandisers to meet sales targets.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, including display optimization, HQ program rollout, and data-driven growth strategies tailored to local store needs. A strong sales background and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Able to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., up to 50 lbs. occasionally).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Mondelez offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers (FT/PT) within the team.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics for growth.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
