Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery success across designated Georgia markets. You will lead in-store execution, build relationships with store personnel, and energize the territory with data-driven sales strategies and HQ program alignment.

You will manage a team of merchandisers, coordinate store visits, and optimize shelf presence while upholding safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background and understanding of business processes and systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts
• Lead and coach Merchandiser teams including hiring and performance development
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities
• Plan data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics and customer needs
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel and manage store relationships
• Coordinate deployment of merchandisers and order writers for optimal shelf impact
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operating guidelines
