Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive in the United States to drive new business and deliver Spectrum communication solutions to small businesses. You will manage the sales process from first contact to final sale, using CRM tools and collaborating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales (telecom or tech is a plus), hold a business-related degree, and maintain a valid driver's license for field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid and active State driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses in territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Meet sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain records of activities, presentations and deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated with products.
