Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of 6–8 SMB Account Executives, owning ramp and performance.
• Own forecasting, pipeline health, and results using HubSpot for insights.
• Conduct high-impact 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline reviews focusing on coaching opportunities.
• Join live calls to support reps, model best practices, and close when needed.
• Build and improve the SMB sales playbook with discovery, demos, objections, and closing motions.
• Partner with VP Sales, Marketing, GTM Ops, and CS to drive SMB pipeline and outcomes.
