Job summary

Figma is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to lead and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for growing revenue across the SMB segment. You’ll drive a high-velocity inbound and outbound sales motion, coach team members in real time, and participate in strategic customer meetings to advance deals.

The role offers growth opportunities within a fast-moving org, with collaboration across Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing. Remote-friendly in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience.
• Experience leading, building, and growing successful sales teams.
• Track record of developing strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success.
• Enable the team to achieve and exceed targets through high-velocity inbound/outbound sales.
• Participate in customer/prospect meetings to support deal progression and coaching.
• Help shape and develop sales processes and initiatives.
• Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business.
• Manage and analyze team performance, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
