Figma is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to lead a growing team of Account Executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This onsite or remote role in the United States offers the chance to shape sales processes, coach talent, and drive revenue with Fortune 1000 customers and a broad product suite.

You will hire and develop a high-performing team, forecast accurately, and align efforts across Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience.
• Experience leading, building, and growing successful sales teams.
• Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to navigate change in a growing organization.
• Understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to drive success and meet targets.
• Enable the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through high-velocity sales motions.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support deal progression and coaching.
• Help shape and develop sales processes and initiatives.
• Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics.
