Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of field-sales experience to SMB.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and qualify SMB clients in assigned territory.
• Deliver product demos and presentations, negotiate terms.
• Manage existing accounts, upsell and cross-sell services.
• Maintain CRM data, provide forecasts and reports to management.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction.
