T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, SMB Sales in Franklin, TN to build relationships and bring T-Mobile products to underserved markets.

This hunter role focuses on acquiring new SMB accounts (10-299 employees) and exceeding monthly sales targets through prospecting, cold calling, and networked leads. You will analyze customer needs, tailor recommendations, and close deals while developing skills in prospecting and relationship management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, networking under supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with tailored wireless solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and meetings.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation, manage the sales funnel and report on activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within the territory model.
