U.S. Bank is hiring a Payment Solutions Market Manager focused on business development and sales within the Business Banking segment. The role emphasizes building a robust pipeline and collaborating with bank partners to drive complex solutions for SMBs in the $2.5M-$50M revenue range.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5–8 years of sales experience, with travel. A strong preference for Merchant Services experience and proficiency with Salesforce will support success in

Five to eight years of relevant sales experience.
Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Prospect and manage a pipeline of opportunities in the $2.5M-$50M revenue space.
Execute merchant sales strategies in the Business Banking segment.
Execute successful sales campaigns.
Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership.
Grow and maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
Maintain a regular in-office presence at the Fresno hub office (minimum three days per week).
