U.S. Bank is seeking a Payment Solutions Market Manager to drive business development and sales in the Business Banking segment for companies with $2.5M–$50M in revenues.

You will build a robust pipeline through self-sourcing and collaboration with Business Banking colleagues, focusing on complex SMB solutions in Northern/Central California. The role requires in-market presence in Fresno, strong sales acumen, and a track record in merchant services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and building a pipeline of opportunities in the $2.5M–$50M revenue space.
• Execute merchant sales strategies in the Business Banking segment.
• Run successful sales campaigns and report activity toward objectives to leadership.
• Develop and maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partners.
• Maintain a regular in-office presence at the Fresno hub office (minimum three days per week).
