The role focuses on business development and sales within companies earning between $2.5M and $50M, building a robust pipeline through self-sourcing and collaboration with Business Banking colleagues. The incumbent will travel as needed, manage merchant sales strategies, and maintain strong partner relationships while sustaining a regular Fresno hub presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of opportunities in the $2.5M-$50M revenue space.
• Execute merchant sales strategies in the Business Banking segment.
• Execute successful sales campaigns and provide reporting to leadership.
• Grow and maintain partner relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain a regular in-office presence at the Fresno hub office (min three days/week).
