Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of opportunities in the $2.5M–$50M revenue space.
• Execute merchant sales strategies within the Business Banking segment.
• Lead successful sales campaigns and track activity toward objectives.
• Provide regular activity reporting to leadership.
• Develop and maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain in-office presence at the Fresno hub (minimum 3 days/week) to lead sourcing efforts.
