Wire 3 LLC is seeking a Small/Medium Business Specialist to drive new internet solutions for small and mid-sized businesses in a defined territory. You will prospect, quote, and close bundled or standalone services while building a robust pipeline.

The role emphasizes new customer acquisition, CRM tracking, and territory planning under the Sales Director, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with emphasis on internet fundamentals.
• Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.

Aufgaben

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Place orders through order management software and coordinate with the Account Manager Coordinator as needed.
• Hand off non-sales inquiries to Customer Service while focusing on selling.
• Understand Wire 3 Business Fiber services and rates (individual and bundled).
• Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge; continuously practice and learn.
• Maintain CRM records of all sales and prospecting activities within territory.
• Meet and exceed performance standards defined by SOP and Sales Model.
