Comcast Business is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive sales of integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium businesses. Located in Lancaster, PA, you will develop relationships, promote bundled products, and aim to exceed targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will engage in prospecting, strategic account management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal solutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
• Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
• Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial and unit targets.
• Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
• Generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
• Assists with developing sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
• Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience; collaborates with internal teams to meet service levels.
• Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
• Participates in out-of-the-office meetings with customers and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the best customer solution and meet targets.
• Exhibits independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Keeps regular, punctual attendance and may work nights/weekends as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
