Job summary

Comcast is seeking a field sales professional to promote business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. The role drives sales targets by selling to business customers, coaching retail staff, and prospecting leads in the field across a defined territory.

You will manage territory activities, train retail staff to boost SMB sales, and handle administrative tasks including sales reporting and Salesforce follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly away from Comcast's place of business.
• Ability to coach and influence retail staff to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve shared Retail Store/R2BAE business mobile line and SMB installed lead results.
• Manage a territory with a detailed business plan and high activity.
• Influence, coach, and train retail employees to drive SMB sales and awareness.
• Generate new leads through targeted prospecting, including cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Attend work away from Comcast's offices and maintain consistent attendance; adapt to nights/weekends as needed.
