Comcast is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. The role targets sales targets, coaching retail staff, and prospecting new leads in the field, with responsibilities spanning territory management, training, and Salesforce follow-up.

Candidates should be able to work nights and weekends, travel to stores, and maintain regular attendance. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with 0–2 years of related experience.

• 0–2 years relevant work experience.

Responsabilités

• Achieving a shared (Retail Store/R2BAE) business mobile line and SMB installed lead results.
• Managing a territory with high activity using a comprehensive business plan.
• Influencing, coaching, and training retail employees to achieve shared goals.
• Generating new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Customarily and regularly engaged away from Comcast’s place of business.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
