Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a results-driven Small Business Banker to build lasting relationships with businesses generating up to $5 million in annual revenue. You will deliver strategic financial solutions and drive growth through deposits, loans, and treasury services as a key member of the branch team.

The role focuses on acquiring new relationships, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management to offer holistic banking

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recent experience in a Small Business Banker or similar role.
• Solid credit background with proven ability to structure loans and analyze credit.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing small business relationships.
• Ability to complete independent pre-screens and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of 250+ small business clients.
• Prospect and acquire new relationships through networking and outreach.
• Deliver tailored financial advice: deposits, loans, and treasury solutions.
• Collaborate with Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management teams.
• Support branch operations including account opening and loan support.
