Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Small Business Banker to serve small businesses with revenues up to $5 million. You will develop and expand client relationships, promote bank products, and grow deposits and loan activity.

The role requires 5–7 years of banking experience, solid credit skills, and a proven ability to acquire and deepen small business relationships. On-site position with local market focus in Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of banking experience as a Small Business Banker II or higher.
• Solid credit experience including loan structuring and credit analysis.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing small business relationships.
• Ability to complete independent pre-screens and cash flow analysis.
• Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals across deposits and loans.
• Develop and expand client relationships; network and cold call as appropriate.
• Maintain prospect list and participate in outside sales efforts.
• Represent the Bank in the community and take leadership roles as available.
• Grow profitability of the small business client base; develop deposits and loans.
• Prospect and acquire new priority small businesses; retain existing relationships.
