Job summary

Verizon in Gainesville, FL seeks an Account Manager SMB for Business Sales to drive growth in the 1–19 employee segment. You will prospect, qualify leads, and manage key accounts while promoting cloud, security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms.

Travel up to 50% of the time and leverage Salesforce to track progress. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and opportunities for career advancement within Verizon’s Velocity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory; up to 50% travel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities within the territory.
• Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
• Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base.
• Educate and excite customers with innovative business solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision makers.
• Present and create multi-product solution opportunities.
• Sell integrated software solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
