Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Account Manager SMB-Business Sales to drive growth in Elmira, NY. You will develop leads, manage customer relationships, and present multi-product solutions across Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.

You’ll build relationships with decision makers, meet sales targets, and operate in a mobile, field-based environment with base pay plus commissions. A bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex tech to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads within the Elmira territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Acquire new business and grow incremental revenue to meet targets.
• Retain, manage and expand the existing customer base.
• Educate customers on multi-product solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and present integrated solutions.
