Job summary

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• - Minimum 3 years of experience administering Smartsheet Enterprise or a comparable workflow automation platform.
• - Experience with Smartsheet Data Shuttle, Bridge, Control Center, Dynamic View, WorkApps, dashboards, forms, and workflow automation.
• - Experience integrating Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• - Experience developing automated business processes, approval workflows, notifications, reports, and dashboard solutions.
• - Experience utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and automated data exchange processes.
• - Experience managing user access, permissions, governance, and platform administration.
• - Experience troubleshooting application, workflow, integration, and data synchronization issues.
• - Ability to serve as a project team member or technical lead while providing guidance and knowledge transfer to business and technical stakeholders.
• - Strong communication skills with experience creating technical documentation, procedures, and end-user guidance.
