Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow tool.
• Strong experience with Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and automations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of business process improvement and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Develop automations, alerts, approvals, and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Smartsheet solutions.
• Support integrations between Smartsheet and tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Manage user access, permissions, workspaces, and platform governance.
• Troubleshoot formulas, workflows, automations, and integration issues.
• Create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and business processes.
