Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Smartsheet Systems Analyst to administer, optimize, and extend the Smartsheet portfolio and dashboards across the PMO. You will build and maintain sheets, workflows, and KPI reporting from Smartsheet sources, while keeping Power BI dashboards current for plan-of-record reporting.

In this role, you’ll configure automated workflows, manage access and licenses, and guide stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, CS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of hands-on Smartsheet configuration and development experience.
• Smartsheet Professional Certification or System Administrator credentials are a plus.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet advanced formulas, cross-sheet references, reports, data aggregation, and Smartsheet AI tools.
• Experience connecting Smartsheet with Power BI, Jira, MS Office, or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom sheets, intake forms, RAID logs, and dynamic KPI dashboards.
• Maintain and update plan of record dashboards in Power BI with Smartsheet data sources.
• Configure automated multi-step workflows and cross-project linkages.
• Administer user accounts, workspace structures, and license allocation in Smartsheet Control Center.
• Guide non-technical stakeholders on best practices for daily use and platform adoption.
• Support AI-enabled Smartsheet roadmap with user input and enhancements.
• Build relationships with partner organizations for platform improvements.
