Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a dedicated Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites. The role involves driving to homes, lifting up to 30 pounds, and occasional ladder work to ensure reliable protection.

The position offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with bonus eligibility and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Knowledge of how alarm systems operate.
• NICET I or low-voltage certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
• Replace components and test operation for proper functionality.
• Demonstrate system use and educate customers.
• Maintain safety and keep the work area organized.
