Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites. You will build lasting relationships by delivering hands-on service with a focus on safety and reliability.

In this role, you will travel to homes, troubleshoot issues, replace components as needed, and demonstrate system operation to customers, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification.
• NICET I certification.
• Experience with alarm systems and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites.
• Visit customer homes to perform service and explain system usage.
• Troubleshoot alarms and replace components as needed.
• Conduct site evaluations and ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and proper safety practices.
• Provide system demonstrations and educate customers.
