Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a determined Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites across the Seattle area. You will build strong customer relationships and uphold our standards of service, accountability, and integrity.

The role requires working at customer locations with physical activity including climbing ladders and lifting up to 30 pounds. A valid H.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NICET I certification and low-voltage license or installation certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record expected.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, service, and inspect low‑voltage security equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues and perform component replacements.
• Demonstrate operations and provide customer education on the system.
• Maintain safety practices and a clean, organized work area.
