You will travel to homes, troubleshoot, replace components, educate customers, and ensure systems meet needs. A base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with bonus eligibility and a 1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Must be able to access crawl spaces, attics and basements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on-site.
• Replace system components as assigned (panels, peripherals, alarms).
• Drive to customer homes and perform service tasks.
• Educate customers and provide demonstrations of system operation.
