Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot alarm panels from popular brands, replace components, and perform system walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Expect driving to residences, light lifting, and working at heights. You will educate customers on system use and suggest improvements while maintaining safety and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot alarm panels (2GIG, Qolsys, Ademco, GE, DSC, DMP, etc.).
• Transport to customer homes and perform on-site service with lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Educate customers and demonstrate system operation.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure the system meets customer needs.
