Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Licensing: Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification; NICET I.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment.
• Visit customer sites and demonstrate system operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures.
• Conduct site evaluations with customers to ensure needs are met.
• Maintain safety and keep the workspace clean.
