Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to install, configure, and service security systems and site automation in customer homes and businesses. You will troubleshoot devices, validate communications, and ensure reliable protection with a service-first mindset.

You will operate in dynamic environments, traveling to customer sites, providing clear explanations, and delivering outstanding support while following established procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience providing home or business services.
• Solid technical aptitude with hands-on repair and setup.
• Clear spoken communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to work in varied environments and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and program security and site automation devices.
• Follow required processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals with monitoring centers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain protection to customers.
• Work with customers in homes or businesses to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer sites as part of field service responsibilities.
