ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, and program security and site automation solutions at customer locations. You will install, service, and maintain systems including fire, CO detectors, networking, video, and access control.

Qualifications

• Service experience required.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and configure systems.
• Strong verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Act as a customer service champion, helping customers understand protections in their home.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions.
