Job summary

ADT is seeking sales advisors to protect homes and businesses with smart security solutions. You will visit customers in their homes, explain the value of ADT’s security and automation offerings, and tailor systems to fit individual spaces and lifestyles.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and strong communicators who can build lasting relationships. Training begins with two months of onboarding and progress toward uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: become a reliable advisor customers can count on, both during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit your client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments were fulfilled and to generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
