Job summary

ADT in the United States is hiring a Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions. You will visit customers at their homes, understand their needs, and guide them to the right package while building lasting relationships.

This role offers uncapped commissions with earning potential often exceeding $95,000 for new advisors and over $150,000 for experienced teammates, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory in own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven; adept at uncovering new sales leads and closing deals.

• Visit customers at their homes and explain products and services in depth.
• Listen and build trust as a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
