ADT Security Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to visit customers, demonstrate security and smart home solutions, and tailor systems to fit homes and small businesses. You will nurture relationships, uncover new leads, and drive sales in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed, and enjoy uncapped commissions with strong training and earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: become a reliable advisor customers can count on during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client space and lifestyle, combining security, automation, and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
