Job summary

ADT is seeking self-driven sales advisors to protect homes and businesses by presenting security and smart home solutions. You will visit customers at their homes, understand their needs, and tailor systems to fit spaces and lifestyles.

As a trusted advisor, you will build lasting relationships, pursue new leads, and close deals in a dynamic, field-based role with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with strong results orientation; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers to become a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each security/smart home system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns.
• Demonstrate value of ADT solutions and guide customers to the right products and services.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitments are fulfilled and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities to maximize outreach.
