ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of smart home security solutions in customers' homes across designated territories. You will educate, consult, and tailor security and automation packages to fit each home and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be required by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder capable of guiding customers to solutions.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; willingness to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust as a reliable advisor during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client space, lifestyle, and concerns.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
