Job summary

ADT in Houston, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to re-engage past customers and drive new business. You will present personalized security and automation solutions, deliver compelling proposals, and follow up post-installations to generate referrals.

We offer uncapped commissions with earning potential from $105,000 to over $150,000, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training. A valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within designated territory using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, leading to shorter sales cycles and higher conversion.
• Provide personalized security and automation solutions tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting product advantages over competitors.
